1. About YAGO'S

This website is operated by MANNAM GOPICHAND.

YAGO'S ("we", "us", or "our") is a functional breakfast and wellness brand operating from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We offer freshly prepared breakfast jars, smoothies, wellness bowls, and combo packs delivered to your doorstep.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing yagos.in, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• YAGO'S reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• One customer is permitted one account. Multiple accounts may lead to suspension.

4. Products & Pricing

• All products are freshly prepared daily in our licensed kitchen in Hyderabad.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (5% for food items as per Indian tax law).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for representation only; the actual appearance may slightly vary.
• Product availability is subject to stock and seasonal ingredients.

5. Orders & Delivery

• Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM to qualify for next-morning delivery (8 AM batch).
• We deliver Monday through Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays unless specifically notified.
• Delivery time is 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM depending on your area within Hyderabad.
• You must provide a correct, accessible delivery address. YAGO'S is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• If you are unavailable at delivery time, the product will be left at your door. We are not responsible for spoilage thereafter.
• Orders are non-transferable once placed. Delivery address cannot be changed after order confirmation.

6. Delivery Zones — Hyderabad

We currently deliver to select areas in Hyderabad, including but not limited to:

• Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur
• Hitech City, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Manikonda, Narsingi
• Begumpet, Somajiguda, Ameerpet, SR Nagar
• LB Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Uppal, Nacharam

Delivery availability is subject to change. Enter your pincode on our website to confirm serviceability before ordering.

Minimum Order Value: ₹149 for delivery. Orders above ₹299 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Charge: ₹40 flat for orders below ₹299 (or as displayed at checkout).

7. Payment

• All online payments are processed securely via our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations and order values.
• YAGO'S does not store any card or payment information on our servers.
• In case of payment failure, please retry after verifying your bank. If amount is debited but order not confirmed, contact us within 24 hours.

8. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew on the selected frequency (weekly / monthly) unless cancelled.
• Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date from your Dashboard.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription plans with 7 days' prior notice.
• Subscription benefits (discounts, priority delivery) apply only to active, paid subscriptions.

9. Food Safety & FSSAI Compliance

• YAGO'S operates under a valid FSSAI license and complies with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and its regulations.
• All products are prepared in a hygienic, licensed kitchen facility in Hyderabad.
• Shelf life of our products is typically 4–6 hours from preparation. Consume within the recommended window printed on the packaging.
• Products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt if not consuming right away.
• Do not consume products past the "Best Before" time indicated on the packaging.
• In case of any quality complaints, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos for assessment.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement if preparation has not begun.
• Refunds for quality issues are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds for change of mind after delivery.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on yagos.in — including the YAGO'S logo, brand name, images, recipes, product names, and website design — is the exclusive property of YAGO'S and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this platform without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YAGO'S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events
• Loss of data or unauthorized account access due to user negligence
• Allergic reactions where allergens were not disclosed before ordering

Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the value of the affected order.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of YAGO'S services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
